SHIPPING RATES ARE FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ALASKA AND HAWAII. 

Order Delivery time:

All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS through the USPS (United States Postal Service).

USPS does not guarantee transit times.  On occasion it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once its left the warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package with the tracking number you will receive. 

Guaranteed Delivery 4-7 business days from the day you place the order depending where you are located in the USA from the warehouse. 

(Most times you'll receive your orders within 3-4 business days from the day your order was placed.) 

 In-Transit Time - Does not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

SHIPPING FEE:

Up to $10 = $3.75
$10.01 - $30.00 = $4.75
$30.01 - $50.00 = $5.75
$50.01 & Over = Free Shipping
(Order total must be $50.01 or more after discounts have been applied in order to get Free Shipping)

 

We will email you tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.

 

Missing Package Marked as “Delivered”:

  • Check your mailbox
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
  • Ask your postman where he placed it
  • Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen (OOH SO CHIC is not responsible for stolen packages)

“Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct without errors to avoid this issue.

*** If there is an error in your shipping address, please shoot me a message on messenger from the website ASAP or use the contact us form and email me asap so I can change it before the items get shipped.  Once it's shipped, there's nothing I can do.  If it's returned to the warehouse and has to be reshipped, you will be charged for a second shipping fee. ***
