We want you to 100% love your purchases from us, but for any reason you do not, we offer returns, and no hassles as long as the item/s are in the same condition as you received them.
Unfortunately we DO NOT offer exchanges, only returns (refunds). If you need to return an item because the item didn't fit correctly, you'd have to place a new order for the correct size. You'd need to email us your order#, item/s returning, and the reason for the return. We'll issue you a RMA#. You return the incorrect sized item, and we'll refund you your money for that item.
- We will accept all authorized returns.
- Item/s must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Item/s will only be accepted if returned in original condition with all tags attached, free from deodorant, tan and makeup stains.
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed and un-perfumed otherwise they will not be accepted.
- Item/s must not be damaged.
- Please ensure that the item/s is secure as we will not be able to accept them damaged/missing.
- All returns meeting our requirements are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item/s within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
- You will have 15 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the item.
- Once we receive the item/s back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
- Please contact us here or email us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization#) for your return.
- Please include your Order#, item/s returning, and the reason for the return.
